Het was vroeg vanmorgen, om 7 uur opstaan ;we hebben als eerst ontbeten. toen kregen we informatie over het programm van vandaag, we kregen te horen dat we vandaag niet naar het zwembad gingen (als een soort rustige training wordt dit tussengevoegd) , dus nu moesten we tussen de trainingen langer op de hotelkamers rusten.
dit is het dagelijkse programma

ochtend training:
in de ochtend doen we fundamentels
- passen
- dribbelen
- pick and roll
- hand off
dat was allemaal hetzelfde als in Nederland.
lunch:
we krijgen elke dag kippensoep (voorgerecht en je kan een hoofd gerecht kiezen naar keuze).
bij het avond eten is precies hetzelfde.
middag/ avondtraining van 17.30 tot 19.00, daarna eten en om 21 uur gaan we wedstrijden spelen en shooting drills.
